no, shes still ridiculous if played by a legit player. if used correctly she screws your ENTIRE team either by turret hugging (no xp or g) or having to buy oracles or wards (end up half an item behind the enemy team which is usually boots so u cant escape her even if u see her)

Lemme guess youre one of those players that continuously autoattack minions while standing perfectly still and push all the way to their turret within 3 minutes and stay there.

Hint: if you just last hit minions the flow of creeps will never leave the safety of your turret. Its not impossible to farm under your turret it just takes practice.

.....Yeah didnt you just hear what i said? You do it by just last hitting minions so that the minions are never beyond 3 steps from your turret. Whats eve gonna do? Tower dive? Hah! Youre funny guy. Theres a thing called CC and kiting.

Edit: You have to time this kind of thing. Its not impossible and takes practice. You want to force the line to hold at a certain point beyond youre turret but not far beyond it and know when to autoattack and when to last hit. How can it push all the way when theres still one or two peeps on the other side killing your minions? Preferably youre aggressive when you where eve is meaning ward the river.
