23/11 isn't a very good score IMO... 9/1 beats it.

And, don't listen to Scrubbeam, in a game like that he'd probably beat everyone on your team and go 0/30/0

It's more gold in your teams favor than 9/1.

i was 11-0-0 in the first 15 minutes until they 5 man ganked me all the way through

kats ult doesnt really need a nerf. They nerfed it by 10% already. Theyre team had almost no CCs
