So I am starting to finally reach the IP wanted to fill up an entire rune page.

But here's my dilemma that I got yesterday.

The main idea was getting all ap/lvl runes with Movement Speed Quints (Making a Singed/general AP gain page) However I am starting to wonder if 50 something AP and 4.5% movement speed is better than roughly 80 AP.

I know it's not the most efficient rune page out there, but I liked it on my old account and it worked for me.

So here's my question; What's worth most? 23~ish AP or 4.5% movement speed?

Movement speed for Singed obviously.
Grab a RoA/Banshees + Force of Nature (+8% movement) and you will be pretty unstoppable.
