You would probably get a bit more traffic to your question asking in General Chat but as to your question, how about Veigar? I kid, I kid, I think Jax, Yi, TF, Nasus, Tryndamere, Eve, Galio, Kat, Karthus, Mord, Alistar, Sion and Warwick would probably fit closest to announcers.
Of those I'd probably put my top 3 in no particular order as T.F., Eve, Karthus/Mord with Nasus getting an honorable mention.

Nasus, definitely.

Though if you want other suggestions, Singed would be cool, as would Gentleman Cho and Shen. For the ladies, Anivia would be great, and I think Karma would be nice, too. Also, I'd love to hear Annie go "You got a double kill *giggle*"

EDIT: Oh and throw Caitlyn and Leblanc in there, too. Nothing like some sultry ladies to add some class.
