first suggestion is:
i think that once everyone has picked there champ there should be a ready button and if everyone hits it and the other team all hits yes the game should start to load

Second suggestion is:
i think that if ur teammate leaves the game there should be a vote right away with a surrender vote that last 10 mins and if the person comes back it should be automatically canceled
it should also not interfear with ur normal surrender vote.
this is good because ive been in games were 1-2 people leave and we get raped in the face and have to weight till 25 to surrender wich is quiet annoying.
and the part were u have 10 mins to vote well if someone wants to weight the 10 mins to weight for the person go ahead.
