Me and my girlfriend, Mrawl, played a game just now and after winning, it skipped putting us in to a lobby and simply sent us to the menu screen with all of the news, etc.
By doing this, it seems to have ignored the fact that we spent the last 40 minutes playing the game, making it not show up in our previous games, not show anybody from that game in our recently played and, obviously, no IP at all. That should have been our win of the day.
I have no idea how or why it happened, or even if it happened to anyone else, 'cause we can't remember anyone else's name to ask. The game finished literally 10 minutes ago and we've been trying to figure out just what has gone wrong. A red response would be very nice.
From the posts in this thread, it seems to stem from either first wins of the day or IP boosts being active. Has anyone won one without it being the first win or an IP boost? Please post any info you have!

Submit your logs through the in-game client and, hopefully, Riot will post here with more info and fix it soon.
Another edit: Seems we were among the lucky (Or unlucky) first to notice this and avoided having it happen in more games. It definately only started yesterday, we were playing games up until when it happened. It happened nearly 18 hours ago.
