Well last night the LoL Client started to become extremely laggy just at the main menu, so I logged out and logged back in to see if it would fix the issue. It didn't, I couldn't log in after that, so I thought my client broke. So I uninstalled and re-installed, now when it starts to update it gets stuck at 33% and says I have -1:53:42 or so it changes every time, but continues to be a negative number. Then after about 5 minutes of that I get an error saying "Check your internet" or something of that nature. Any suggestions?

Riot messed something up and everyones been having problems , just try to wait it out

What does the patcher say its trying to do when it gets to that point? Downloading files or checking files?

Strangely enough. It actually worked this time. I'm now able to play
