Hey, looks like we are going to get to fight in some REAL Demacia and Noxus match!

His passive reminds me of a certain item that deals 3% max hp as magic damage.

Wait this is the attire we were suppose to believe is a bit questionable whether he is a Demacian prince or not?! Are you kidding, this look to be as Demacian as goody two shoe Demacian gets with a few over sized spikes in his shoulders. What is eccentric again about his outfit? Is it because he uses a weapon that doesn't scream wuss or low tier?
