What title says, I'm trying to buy RP and it says that "the system has experienced an error" (my credit card is still working), and I can't get pre-paid cards or send a SMS because those methods are not available in my country

I know I should e-mail to the support team, but last time it took about 2 weeks to get an answer and skin sales lasts only 3 days (I sent it anyways).

pre-paid cards arent working atm anyways so dont worry sir XD

I just created a paypal account and bought those RP, close this thread (if you want).
