That's what happens when you nerf every dps item in the game. Sure, it may not be sunfire stacks anymore but still..

When Did Tanky Meta Leave? It'd been this way since Season one began. Tho now combine Tanky Meta with the fact that minions **** rape your towers makes most matches even more fun.

Note the Sarcasm on fun

It left when AoE was in.

Teams like Kennen Vlad Amumu Morg and MF, and their ilk, were nightmarish for a while.

4 out of 5 of those champions were pretty tanky in the items they built... if not tanky, then difficult to hit because of how silly Zhonya's Ring was.
