Master Yi has 2 steroids, one for AD, and one for IAS. It is absolutely clear, because of this, that a Crit based build centering on IE and PD should give you the greatest results. And as always, lifesteal lifesteal lifesteal.

Wriggle's/Youmoo's/Stark's/BVeil.

Um... you know both of those builds have very little attack speed right? The "AS" build has only a Black Cleaver, and the "AD" build has Youmoos + TriForce.

That said, his ult adds such huge amounts of AS that you can cap very easily with only 1-2 AS items... as such I find AD much more effective.

Master yi's Ad/Crit scaling is redic. Get one or two AS items at most.


If I am laning with him I usually go straight for yommus then a starks.

If I am jungling I go wriggles into last whispher (I use a full AS page so it works much better)

Tips: When you have 140+ damage, then get lifesteal. Also ABSOLUTELLY make sure you have at least 1.428 AS before you can initiate a 1v2 with ANYONE unless you know you can win with you at about 1/2 your CURRENT HP.

I'd like to say: AP yi with a little attention can get the job done. Land the last hit alpha strikes with highlander and repeat (:
