Dear Riot
I have a suggestion for little upgrade of curent item shop.
When we enter a shop, we have this two pages LEFT one and RIGHT one. On the left page are this butons for all types of items ( defense, movespeed,atack and so on). I think it is little hard to navigate through them when you shearch for some items.
Now I suggest that You build us ON TOP of left page a LITTLE ICONS for every group of items and that this icons would be always accesable. So, when you enter ATTACK ITEMS group and than you search for some DEFENSE item you can jump to DEFENSE item group with JUST ONE CLICK. THANK YOU.

LITTLE ICONS would be like small HOME icon in curent shop, and placed next to it. Same size.

It would be better to have the left panel have filters that you can apply. Check all that you want (Health + Damage) and grab that Frozen Mallet. Or just check Damage and find it quickly enough. It'd be faster, and also less annoying - I find delay less irritating with check boxes and filters than I do with buttons as they are now. That's just me.
