definately veigar, lol. though he doesn't talk when he uses his skills thank god.

Im pretty sure Veigar is the king of this.

Either you love it, or you hate it, but even if you DO love it you think hes annoying.

You should've heard old Katarina. She was by far... just... just awful. I don't know who I would say is worst atm.
