Well, I guess I'm still a swag slave in heart...I subscribed finally. (Live concert = must have shirt...always...)
Anyways, I don't like that teemo is getting move quick nerfed, I can see it on builds that focus either on damage or lots of mushroom coverage, but it's a hard hit to AP/AS teemo since he relies more on quick kiting than damage for a good part of the game.
Also, I'm very pleased to see tanky DPS take a hit, this beefy metagame does get frustrating.
I want to see morde tweaked a bit personally, in ranked it's not a problem since you know ahead of time, but in normal...a decent morde can really dominate the game if you aren't ready to counter him. (Yesterday, I had a game that a morde pushed myself as shaco and a great shen around. We're not godlike or anything, but even kiting with JitB, plus taunts, he still pushed us back from river, past our turret AND killed us, with only 1 kill and some minion kills.) I was quite fed with 5 kills at level 7.
He's too much of an annoyance without being prepared for him ahead of time, hence the normal problem instead of ranked.
I will say that in the past, you've shown a great deal of overkill on nerfs.
But you are getting better at hitting it with a wiffle bat instead of a sledgehammer. =P
