so this boost was for disruption of my regular gameplay schedule? and i get 350 riot points for simply logging in once in the past month and not necessarily related to loss forgiven? im confused

I have waiting 9 days and no RP. It was stated that it would take 72hours as of 4/13/2011. It is now 4/22/2011 and no RP on my account. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied and regret spending over 100 dollars on this game.
