Riot has people that work on champs, people that work on bug fixes, people that work on new content (Maps, Replays etc.) so even if they WERE to stop making champions, it's not like they can take those jobs and put them into making a new map. it's a totally different skillset. And if you're so eager for new content and think you're all that, apply for a job. Riot needs more staff.

Yeah except they've got the 45 people who make champs working in the penthouse suite with massage therapists and jacuzzis, while the 2 interns working on replays are locked in the basement and fed by flooding the floor with a nutrient-rich sludge every now and again :/

Seriously though, there's such a thing as human resources management, if one team is consistently performing grossly better than another, make better frickin' teams.

Besides... we always hear from the "champion" team here - Morello, Shurelia, Guinsoo, Zileas, they all come around and say something every now and again, don't they.

When was the last time you heard from anybody that's on this mythical replays-observer team?

yes but the problem is that as a small company they are limited in the number of their employees. so what about they hire less champion making guys and more map making guys???
