I personally prefer the discussion panel format over the demonstration. The demo is neat, but it turns the patch preview literally into just a preview, whereas before there was more explanation to the patch, which differentiated the patch preview segment from being a visualized version of the patch notes. What was cool about the patch preview was getting the perspective of WHY changes were getting made, or how exactly they effected the game.

I like this format a lot, but I'm not sure how valuable it will be if you're just doing damage tweaks, cooldown changes, etc. instead of entire champion remakes.

Makes me regret not picking up Alistar that one time when he was on sale. Hmmph.
