WOW an un-broken, better mechanics, non confusing version of Kassadin. Has a Non-ultimate teleporting ability, passive attack speed increase definatley rolling this guy instead of ****py broken only 2 and sometimes 3 attack abilities Kassadin... thx riot

Aw man... when I heard about a Prodigal Explorer who broke new ground in gameplay, I was really looking forward to someone who would compete with twisted fate in terms of vision and travel. =(

Instead we get a guy who is in no way an explorer and in no way breaks new ground in gameplay. Yeah, I said it.
- Passive: using abilities gives a generic-mechanic buff (just like Morgana, Ryze, and Udyr - nothing as interesting as what Mordekaiser or Pantheon get with ability use)
- Q ability: spammed skill shot
- W ability: AoE to fire into clusterflux of players indiscriminantly
- E ability: generic flash ability (as if Flash itself isn't overused by the community already)
ultimate: damage spam AoE with no other effects whatsoever

CAN YOU SMELL THE UNIQUENESS?? CAN YOU SMELL THE STRATEGY??
As if. At least I can feel a whole lot better that I blew my IP on Poppy.

Teemo is a frigging moogle. There are a bunch of characters in the game already who's heads are bigger than their bodies.

This guy reminds me very strongly of the Quincey in the anime series Bleach, from the "magical Bow" to the glove on one hand, even the abilities resemble that of the character lol... id be suprised if no one else noticed this.

Either way could be interesting character

not only this hero is close to anime but he is a character right out of bleach (uryu ishida ) wow he is gonna satisfy the thirst for billions of anime fans
