I am consider my self as one of the best Players of pantheon ever. You dont like it suck it. I will explain the build runes and masteries for Pantheon
First Up.
Pantheon is an item dominator. Which means he relies on Items for his attacks to be succesful. But that doesnt neccesarily means he needs ALL Damage. Here is the Runes i Recommend if you are 2v2 lanning.
9x Greater Mark of Des.
3x Quinteses of Fortitude.
9x Great seal of resilence
9x Great Glyph of Shielding.
Masteries 15 in offense and 15 in Defense. heres why. you do not need the extra 6 points for something that only grants (5)% extra physical and magic damage if you hit a 100 you only get a 5 bonus hit. which is useless i recommend getting everything ranging from the bottom offensive tree untill the bonus 3 ad damage. at level 15. including the armour pen. for the fact it gives and ( additional 6) ap. Now for the Defense Tree I would recommend pinnig the Additional 6 armour and magic resist so it stacks up with the runes. ( Giving 19 armour and Magic resist). untill the extra health. which is 32. Explanation in the bottom.
Now allow me to explain the runes for Armour and Magic resist and so on.
Now Pantheon extremely relies on items. He is not a carry type like a typical Yi,Jax and so on. He RELIES on items to carry. sometimes a good defense is a good offense espically for a squiushy nerfed pantheon. Here is the bonuses with my Build when you enter in game. you gain a cloth armour=300 gp 300 gp worth of magic resist.since 24 magic resist-19=5 leaving out 100 gp out. anyways your armour will total 40 giving you recuded 28-31% mele rather then the 15-20% you get in the beg. ITS A HUGE DIFFERENCE. And you take 32-36% reduced magic damage because of the extra 31+19 magic resist he gets in the beg. which makes him A mini tank Dpser for his level. Now for the health. Because you have 3x Quint of Fortitude you have bonus 78 health+ your 32 health masteries giving you an astounding 100 health bonus. And when you begin. you start of with a Dorans Blade. so not only 100 health. but 200 health. You basically gain a ruby crystal because of your masteries and runes which covers the cost of the dorans and in which sense is Extremely op.
Here is the Bonus Gp you get from my build. if you purchase a Dorans blade with my following runes and masteries.
BONUS:
300 gp cloth armour +19 defense 300 gp worth of magic resist +19. From masteries and runes.
100 health + 100 bonus health with the purchase of Dorans=Ruby crystal= 475 gp. 415 gp from the 10 damage that Dorans Gives. and dividing 3% lifesteal from a vampric scepters cost giving 115 gp bonus. not only to mention the bonus 15 Armour penetration WITH the 6 bonus armour penetration from masteries. giving it the brutalizers Passive for 250 "since there is no bonus +5 damage then i subract +5 damage from 415 gp that 10 damage gives rounding to 250 =] Lazy to calculate 
. so let us Calculate the Gp Lead that You will have with this build and masteries only. 300+300+475+415+115+250=1855. So my friend you tell me? is this the proest Build for runes masteries AND item build?
Now ITEMS.
I cannot dictate the the build for pantheon because in reality You cant say or exclaim that "I get Manumu then bers greaves.... then INFINITY EDGE THEN BLOOD THIRSTER AND GUARDIAN ANGEL. because Pantheon relies on his early game. Without his early game he WILL NOT survive mid game. and if he doesnt survive mid game then there is no late game. Dont focus on items that give damage and only damage. You must focus On items That pantheon needs to Dive,Wound,Kill "And" Survive. if the enemy team has builded Hitpoint items and armour to endure Your main HSS then you need frozen mallet. for survivability or if your build doesnt consist to waste to much money on Hp then consider just a phage.Lifesteal and Armour/Mage resist Determining the Majority of there Casters and Dpsers. As i said before Pantheon Relies on his early game. If he doesnt get Kills early. then theres no chance of him getting kills late game. Pantheon is A SPARTAN.
In translation Which is true meaning the only thing this individual does is Have se x Fight. Eat sleep Poop and then then the following morning Fight Eat sleep se x and poop. So just leaping in the air and activating your spells and Hss wont get you the kill unless you use intelligence. I am Strategic Pantheon. And that is much better then a stupid iddiotic Pantheon. you choose my build or these losers. =] Add me in game and i will show you. How the "Artisan of War" Truely fights.
