Jong, the Kami of Origami
Roles: Ranged, snare, nuke, support, stun
Basic Attack: Jong lets fly with razor sharp paper cranes.
Attack Speed: High
Frog Lash: Jong creates a paper frog(s) that is stealth until it attacks. The frog lashes out, dealing physical damage to any unit it hits. If the target has a bleed on it, then it applies a poison that deals 10/20/30/40/50% of the damage dealt as magic damage and paralyzes the target for 4 seconds. Poison cannot occur more than once every 19/18/1716/15 seconds on the same target. The frog(s) has limited health.
Elephant Trample: Jong creates a huge paper elephant that slowly travels along a straight path. Upon striking anything the beast deals moderate physical damage. Whatever is struck that has a bleed on it, takes 10/20/30/40/50% additional physical damage and is knocked back significantly from a rampage.
Crimson Inkwell: (Passive) Nearby allies auto attacks restore 1/2/3/4/5% of their maximum mana or 2/4/6/8/10% if attacking a bleeding target. (Active) Burns 5/10/15/20/25% of all nearby unfriendly heroes mana. If done to a bleeding hero, the afflicted will be burned for that as magic damage over 4 seconds.
(Ultimate) Swan Drop: Jong creates a gigantic paper swan to scoop up a target and drop them at a target location. The spot cannot be inside a turrets radius of attack and it must be within a limited range of Jong. If done to a bleeding target, then they will be stunned for 3 seconds and they take physical damage.
(Innate) Thin Red Lines: Jong's auto attacks deal bleed damage equal to 25/50/75/100% of the damage dealt plus 1% for every 5 ability power over 4 seconds. Each successive attack refreshes the duration.
Background (TL;DR Version):
Once the revered stable master in the Royal Palace in Demacia, this young soul trapped in a frail body was reassigned to records keeper when a particularly erratic war tiger pulled hard enough on its harness to break poor Jong's arm, escape the palace, and maul a few civilians. Against his will, the former master of the beasts was subjugated to long hours of monotonous paper work and a tedious filing system. Rarely allowed to leave the castle and never to experience the sheer delight of performing the duties his heart demanded, Jong turned to the arts and began recreating his favorite animals as paper models.
It was on one peculiar day while making the final fold on his prized swan and running his fingers over every corner that he felt a sharp pain and his blood fell onto his creation. What happened next brought new hope to the man condemned to serve out the rest of his limited days as a memory long forgotten....the paper swan came to life. The records keeper had innate ties to blood magic it seemed. Seizing the moment, he hopped onto the back of the swan, which grew to the size of a condor and flew out the highest window in the room. Jong had his freedom, and most importantly, he had his animal friends again. "I'll show the youngsters of the world, that I am not done yet." He whispered as he flew off into the sunrise.
"I smell fur and.....parchment?" Udyr
Appearance: An old man with livid eyes wearing what looks to be tattered royal robes of faded colors with pieces of paper/scrolls in his belt and bits of paper in his gray, matted hair. Each finger has paper strips wrapped around them with the ends hanging down an inch or two. Also, he has tiny paper cranes gripped in his hands or floating around his head.
