Is it worth it? I really don't use it that much unless I jump in with cougar form.
My build is usually Guinsoos->Deathcap->Lich Bane
Is Rylai's a better option?

Movement speed, AP, magic resistance.

How is it not a good item?


If push comes to shove its still a terrific item for pushing towers, if nothing else.
