Me and 2 friends just played a match and the enemy team surrendered. It said trying to connect to stats and we said to stop connecting to stats because it was about 2 or 3 minutes in. We tried starting a new game, but when we pressed start game we got an error message saying something along the lines of "Could not start the game because some people (Yasumono, UnheardMarksman, and ZaidZIlla) are still in a match. Those are our names, if you couldn't tell. So we logged out and back in and it told us to reconnect to the game. We tried that and all three of us got the same error message saying the game was blocked and that we should check if a firewall is blocking it. It allowed us to retry or cancel. If we canceled, it closed League of Legends. Anyone know what is wrong or how we can fix it? Thanks!

EDIT: We fixed it. In the "Reconnect to screen" screen, it showed our friends list, but no friends. It also showed the "!" for notifications. We just had a friend invite us. We got invited to the game and it's fine now. Except one more problem, that match didn't count. No exp, ip, or match history. It was a good match, Yasumono went 19/6/5 in a 4v5... Anyway to fix it?

EDIT again: Same error message when we tried to start, "Your team will not be allowed to join the queue because several players (ZaidZilla, Yasumono and you) are currently assigned to an existing game." Please help. It'll probably fix the other problem as well...

Usually if you wait a few minutes, your game lock will recover and you'll be able to join new games. If this progresses, however, please let us know.
