Where can i go find \Riot Games\League of Legends\game\DATA\ bc when i go to my documents or computer and i put that in the search bar nothing shows up.. it says no results found.... is it a hidden file and do i need winrar to download custom skins??

However, i dont have this file
once i opened League of Legends i only could see RADS and the LOL two launchers
