Hey all.

I've only been playing a couple weeks, wondering what a good general rune page
would be for AP carries..
I usually play fiddle, annie, ryze, morgana, eve etc etc..
Just kinda wondering what a good rune page would be for them all as I'm just hitting 20
and want a good general page, not specified for any of them

Marks: Magic Pen. Good for those nukes and worth every point of ip.
Seals: This is entirely up to you. I personally go with health/level, but its really just a choice.
Glyphs: I like CD reduction, moar Tibberz= moar win
Quints: Flat Hp, Allows for more aggressive play early on, plus an extra 100hp is never a bad thing.

Those are what I use for Annie, but those are just my 2 cents, its really up to you.
