I went to the tribunal and i managed to find a case where there is a glitch... This glitch shows that there are 4 games that are able to be reviewed with all the information, however after 4, there are 6 games that are there showing that the game was played on the year 1969, December 31st... I do not know what to do with this person.

I experienced this glitch.

For some reason on the third day of the Tribunal, I reviewed a case I had already passed judgment on the day before. When I tried to pass it, my browser would reload the same case. I also had all relevant dates listed in 1969 during this point.

I think it was a result of me trying to do more cases over my 3 limit before the reset, but I'm not sure, as the next day the Tribunal loaded perfectly and has worked without error since.

Are you still having the problem? Wait a day, maybe it'll fix itself.

I havent passed it yet, i still have it open for me so... I dont know what to do however the 4 cases that were able to be seen, i would choose to punish him, but idk if thats enough games to match a proper punishment..

This would equate to a time value of 0 or -1 in numerous systems (Which measure time as milliseconds elapsed from a set date). Two of these systems are Unix and Java. One is the kernel for Linux systems, the other is a popular programming language. I'd bet $100 Riot uses both somewhere in the company.

Essentially, I suspect an uninitialized variable somewhere. (Thus the system resorts to a default integer or something, yielding 0, or perhaps -1 after a little math is done, or something)
