Soraka
Starcall - 4:1
Astral Blessing - 11:1 (roughly 10~12) **1:1 ratio**
Infuse - 2.5:1 **1.6:1 ratio**
Wish - 0.5:1 **0.77:1 ratio**
Jax - add in empower: **2.5:1 ratio**

Look its a lot easier if you do it the other way around
as in: 1 point per X AP

watch:
Jax's empower: 0.4/AP
:O SO MUCH EASIER!!!

also:
all the ratios you can get it from:

Leaguecraft and Lolwiki were not as popular back then, or didn't even exist in full capacity back then. Not sure which is the case, but just sayin.

Don't know if this has been mentioned, but the multipliers are now listed on the Champions pages of the Learning Centre.

Now whether they're kept up to date with the patches that come out is a different issue, but they're all there.

E.g.

Feast - Devours an enemy unit, dealing a high amount of damage that ignores magic resist. If the target is killed, Cho'Gath grows, gaining maximum health (maximum 6 stacks). Cho'Gath loses up to 3 stacks upon death.
Deals 300/550/800 (+0.5) true damage to target champion, or 1000 true damage to target minion (ignores resists).
If the target is killed by Feast, Cho'Gath grows, gaining 90/120/150 maximum health (maximum 6 stacks). Cho'Gath loses up to 3 stacks upon death.

Cost
100/100/100 Mana
Range
100

The +0.5 indicates you take your AP (in this case) and multiply it by 0.5 to get the value added.
