In the beginning, the matches were:

CLG vs. WHALE
TSM vs. Epik Gaming

Epik Gaming has Dan Dinh on their team.
Reginald aka Andy Dinh is Dan Dinh's brother.
There have been 'suspicions' that Dan is going to intentionally lose the game so that TSM wins.
Therefore, Riot decides to switch Epik Gaming and WHALE around because of 'suspicions'.
Changing matches around for a tournament after they are posted is unfair.
WHALE is also 'weaker' (from what I've been hearing) compared to Epik Gaming.
