Alrighty... Its high time we have a Necromancer in LoL.
Pasive: Death Toll - Every minion that dies near Kraal stacks Death Toll on Him. Each point gives bonus AP damage to whatever skill he uses next excluding R. Cannot stack more then 5 times.
Q: Shadow Bolt - [Skill Shot - Low cool down - Medium range] - Kraal fires a bolt of darkness dealing magic damage and applies a debuff called Infection. Any minions/champions resurrected by kraal's Raise Dead are forced to attack the debuffed target.
W: Gateway - [Skill Shot - Medium cool down - Long range] - Kraal Opens a portal on the ground allowing the underworld to reach up and grab any champions who venture to close slowing and damaging the target for the duration that the enemy champion is near.
(Radius would be a similar size to Malzahar's Null Zone)
E: The Merciless Dead - [Skill shot - Long cool down - Long range] - Kraal hurls a legless corpse. When the creature hits the ground it is drawn to the target with infection. If it reaches the target, it will latch on and quickly crawl onto the enemy's back and start tearing and biting flesh dealing magic damage and slowing the target.
R: Necromancy - [Skill shot - 30 second cool down - Long range] - Kraal can resurrect minions and champions at a target location as un-dead corpses. Any unfortunate soul with the Infection debuff will be targeted by the merciless horde. The damage any minion deals returns hp to Kraal. Scales with ability power.
(When a champion is dead there is a nice little corpse left behind while they await the re-spawn timer. This is what Kraal's ultimate animates. Champions would probably not do the same amount of damage as the original champion. Each level of Necromancy increases damage done by champions under his control and increases the spellvamp from minions)
(Probably way OP but it would be pretty bad ass to be able to resurrect the dragon to fly around with you for a while. It may not be OP since the dragon doesn't do that much damage.)
(My other idea is that each level of Necromancy can animate another champion. Just like teemo's mushrooms, you would continue to use Necromancy until you had 3 champions up. To not be overpowered, there would have to be some kind of scaling on each undead champion. The cool down would have to be longer on this version. I like the first one better)
Appearance : A cloaked, shadowy figure shrouded in moderate darkness. Tendrils of darkness wave around Kraal. No face can be seen, just glowing blue eyes. A cane may not be a bad idea. I see him hunched over as well.
Anyways... I think this would be a really good edition to the league. I am open to suggestions. Please give constructive criticism. THANKS!
