Underpowered: Master Yi he suck when u get thornmail/Blind (HeHe)
Overplayed: Xin Zhao
Overpowered:Xin Zhao, still yes he can be stopped but u must go out over ur way to get certain summoner abilitys and also items and yes master Yi is sorta the same way but he can be shut down just by Flashing away or slowing, Xin charges u and with enough Speed he can get off a few second stun and by the time u try to run (if u get the chance) he will have his charge up again and also his Q which if u dont die again and try to run ur ****ed Xin has to much mobility as a melee and he is very difficult to kite but if by any chance u can Kite him ur wont burst him fast enough unless u have 2 nukers so in short he may of been nerfed but he is still crazy good no matter wat u do

I main gragas he's S tier.

Surprised only one person has put Malhazar as underplayed.

I think he is by far the most underplayed champ in the game. I've seen him 1-2 times in over 200 games.
