Quinn's posting to Freljord seems a little sketch, to be honest. LeBlanc, last we heard, was posing as J4. With that in mind, was J4 putting Talon on a wanted poster really a mistake? LB could definitely stand to benefit from taking out him and Katarina, and using Demacia's resources to do that would be pretty good for her.

It's a pretty good plan, except the part where Quinn started asking questions and fixing things to get the right assassin. In everyone's eyes, Quinn's just saved the day and been declared a national hero... and is rewarded with a trip to Freljord, a nation not really fond of Demacia?

She's sent alone into enemy territory, and while she prefers it that way, it's a bit weird for that to be her next assignment. It's not really clear if J4 assigned her to the post or if she suggested it herself, but assessing the danger of Freljord doesn't seem like immediately necessary work.

Of course, if LB assigned her that post, it would be a pretty good win/win situation for her. As long as Quinn's in Freljord, she can't really ask questions or correct her on any more "mistaken" identities. And while Quinn has PC immunity, if somehow there were to be an unfortunate accident, Demacia would be expected to retaliate, removing troops from Noxus' border in the process and leaving them vulnerable.

I personally support the idea of the LeBlanc Conspiracy, as based upon all the evidence provided it makes a good deal of sense. The Freljord assignment really makes no military sense, as Freljord as a whole is already divided. Demacia has no intelligence that Noxus is making any moves on the tundra (nor would they easily be able to, given the geography of Valoran), and given that there is still an ongoing power struggle for the Freljordian crown, Freljord itself poses no threat. So then why the assignment, as opposed to hiring some Freljord natives to do some scouting?

It make no military sense to send an extremely effective scout to observe a neighboring nation that has had rumors of unrest and possible war?

I'd hate to be in your military.

Personally I'd like to know about a civil war in my national neighbor's yard before it spills over into mine.

Oh, and Freljord does pose a potential threat. A fractured, scattered, nomadic Freljord has been able to hold off Noxian invasion forces. How much more powerful would a united Freljord be? A Freljord that is no longer fighting amongst themselves. A united Freljord that has shifted its military might away from civil war and has set its sights on you?

As a smattering of tribes and nomadic barbarians, Freljord is not a threat. Ashe's United Freljord, or Sejuani's vision of Freljord is an extreme threat. The very fact that Quinn did not expect to see such well organized civilization efforts during her mission into Freljord speaks that Freljord is underdeveloped but it is rapidly catching up to the development level of Demacia. Consider the fact that they were already able to hold the line against Noxus troops, whom are on par with Demacian troops, and then you can see that Freljord has the potential to rival or even surpass Demacia and Noxus in military might.

That may be true, but I think the point is it wasn't LB's real intent. Though it's always possible she sees Quinn's potential usefulness... Like OP said, it's win/win. If Quinn comes back with important intel on a Noxian enemy, that's still a win for LeBlanc.

ps don't be so snippy, you can respond without bein all "wahwah youdummy"

Well it basically is canon, that image of her reflection was no accident. Riot can't come out and confirm their big secret publicly. Either Riot forgot or retconned it, or it's being considered with all this Quinn lore.

I personally like the idea that every city state is being puppetted by Leblanc however she chooses.

If she can lead a war as the prince of Demacia, seriously what isn't she capable of?
