double strike is suposed to hit the target twice with a copy of the first atack , if the first crits , the second also crits , but that does not happen with sheen or trinity force , fixing that would give yi a better burst damage on ganks early ( since he`s been played as a jungler mostly ) , increase his ability to side push , and make new players actualy take their time to learn how to use his passive.

i think you should be the one to understand his passive, it gives him an extra hit, thats all. that hit can proc on hit effects but is NOT a copy of the first hit. You could crit 2 times, you could crit on the first and not second, vice versa or none at all. it never said anything about being a copy of the 7th hit.

because sheen and trinity force are only for when an ability is used, and yi's passive does not copy abilities used to reuse them.
