Since last patch applyed to gangplank, im felling a bit overwelmed by him. lets talk about something concret. Parrley. Don't u guys felling a hard felling about taht skill i go killed by 2 shoots like in secs. 1 k each at lvl 10 dont u think thats a bit TO MUCH for a skill? dont u think if skill ok its normal its a efect of skill but at least lower hes ad ratio and crit ratio its making to much damage. i shooted first ti went half life i said well i dont need to go back. so i will play def so he comes and tower dive with other shoot to kill like WTFBBQ. pls riot employes check this champion its gettign way to anoying and a bit op. thankx

He had the same amount of damage before the buff. The only new thing is the slow, and parrrley is useless for applying that, as the CD is longer than the duration. HE ALREADY HAD THAT DAMAGE. I think it's a little late to QQ about it.
