I had a strange bug earlier today where after I died and respawned my movespeed wasn't including my boots, it was like i didn't have any, but i used my ulti (master yi) which adds movment speed, and after the ulti was over i had regained my boot speed, not 100% sure what caused this, but it seems changing your movespeed forces the game to recalculate your movespeed and this fixes the problem.
