Grimjaw Bloodsail

Look- Giant Orge with an anchor for a wep and a black pirate skull bandanna on his head
Lore- Sold into slavery at sea only to be captured by pirates and put to work

passive - Meh Plunder- Grimjaw shakes corpses for gold even after they've been looted: each time a nearby allied champion gains money, grimjaw also gains 25% of it

Q- Anchor SMASH! - Grimjaw uses his anchor to cleave all enemies in a line in front of him. pushing them to either side of the wave

W- Belly Flop- Grimjaw hurls his body ontop of an area causing damage and slowing nearby enemies

E- Take the lead - All allied champions around grimjaw gain a defense and movement speed bonus (Active)- Grimjaw loses his bonus but allies gain double

R- Walk softly and carry a big anchor - Grimjaw grabs a bigger anchor increasing damage by 100% but decreasing attack speed by 25% for 10 seconds

I didn't put any specifics, just wanted to see if the skills and look were even viable to people

Passive: Punishment
Whenever an ally dies, Torinth deals bonus damage to whoever is doing the most physical damage in an aura around him.

Q: Chains of Binding
Torinth uses his chains to stun an enemy for 1.5 seconds. If Torinth moves during the stun, the stunned enemy gets pulled.

W: Bottle of Rum
Torinth gains a passive bonus to reduction of movement impairing effects as his health gets lower, and on receiving fatal damage he stays alive for two seconds.

When activated Torinth pours a bottle of rum over a target area, causing enemies who walk over it to move slower and take bonus damage. Torinth moves faster while on the rum. Additionally, anyone who moves over the rum leaves a trail of rum behind them for three seconds. Enemies who leave a trail of rum behind them don't receive its negative effects.

E: Kraken Shot
Torinth uses a sawed-off shotgun to deal cone damage, dealing additional damage based on Torinth's proximity to targets hit. Enemies hit also move and attack slower.

R: Typhoon
Torinth creates a typhoon around him when this ability is toggled, dealing damage per second around him and causing enemies hit to move and attack slower.

Lore

Years ago, during the golden age of the dread pirates, the Archem Sea Mass was the pinnacle of Runeterran trade - it was a massive barge that was in fact a city on the sea. As so, it was the coveted prize of the dread pirates. Torinth was the leader of the dread pirates and gathered all of his ships and lackeys to raid the colossal ship. The battle for the sea mass lasted weeks, until the sea itself grew weary and swallowed the Archem Sea Mass and all those fighting upon it and around it to the depths of the ocean. And as an act of its wrath, the sea brought up Torinth as a slave to punish all those who defile the seas. Eternally locked in a fight to protect the seas, Torinth entered the League of Legends with intent to defeat the pirate Gangplank.

Champion Information

Torinth is meant to be a physical anti-carry. He's not quite ranged or melee, he fights with his chains at a 300 range (even less than Morgana's range). I don't have a good idea of what he would look like, but similar to some of the algae-covered guys from the third Pirates of the Caribbean, with chains around his wrist and in his hands.

How this works is, whenever a nearby enemy auto attacks, Torinth receives 15/20/25% of their attack damage for 2 seconds. This cannot stack, and it doesn't steal the attack damage, it just grants that amount to Torinth.

Torinth uses his chains as a lasso on a target enemy, stunning them for 1.5 seconds. If Torinth moves while using this ability, the lasso'd enemy is pulled with Torinth. Deals 20/40/60/80/100 (+ 30/35/40/45/50% AD) per .5 seconds. Enemies that are being pulled move as fast as Torinth.

Cost: 100 mana (at all levels)

Cooldown: 16 seconds

Range: 500 units

Torinth empties his bottle of rum over the floor, causing enemies who move across it to become cautious of slipping, losing 10/15/20/25/30% movement speed and taking 3/6/9/12/15% increased damage while on top of the spilled rum. Torinth is experienced in travelling across rum-doused floors, granting him 10/15/20/25/30% increased movement speed while he is moving on the rum. Rum lasts 5 seconds. Anyone who walks across the rum causes a trail of rum to follow them for 3 seconds. This trail of rum causes no enemy debuffs, but still allows Torinth to move faster on it.

Area of Effect: Slightly larger than Singed's AoE slow

Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 mana

Cooldown: 20 seconds

Range: 850 units

Torinth takes out his favored weapon, a sawed off shotgun dubbed "the Kraken". It deals 30/65/100/135/170 damage, plus 100-160/170/180/190/200% of his weapon damage based on his proximity to targets hit. The closer Torinth is, the more damage he deals. Additionally, targets hit are disoriented, causing them to miss 35/40/45/50/55% of their attacks for 5 seconds.

Width: Same as Annie's Incinerate

Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana

Cooldown: 12 seconds

Range: 500 units

Torinth manifests his wrath as a violent storm circling around his body. This ability can be toggled to cause all enemies in a 400/450/500 radius of Torinth take 35/50/65 (+.2:1 AP) damage a second and have their movement and attack speed slowed for 30/35/40%.

Cost: 25/30/35 mana per second

Cooldown: 150/125/100 seconds

Pugwash, The Seafaring Buccaneer! by Zhijoe

Lore: A yordle that sails a small flying sea vessel, bearing cannons from each side. Who joins the league in inspiration to defeat his rival, Corki. Every since Pugwash was young he had it out for Corki, in hopes of becoming the best yordle flyer there is. He will stop at nothing to succeed.

Innate Ability: Seawind: Increases Pugwash's movement speed by 5%

Ability 1: Grenado Pugwash throws a small bomb that slows and deals damage to enemies caught in the explosion.

Ability 2: Cannon Fire Pugwash fires all of his cannons from both sides of his ship shooting blasts that knock away enemies and deal damage.

Ability 3 Emergency Repairs Passive: After staying still for 5 seconds Pugwash ship restores 40 hp after every 3 additional seconds. Active: Pugwash can activate this skill to quickly repair his ship restoring 100 hp. However when activated the passive ability of this skill is disabled

Ultimate Ability: Implosion When near death Pugwash ignites his ship dealing massive damage to all enemies.

Skarlet, the Corsair Blademistress. (draft) by Grimkrieg

Concept
: A graceful and deadly [COLOR=#ff0000]pirate[/COLOR] lass with a bloodthirsty attitude, a foul mouth, and a pair of extra big wicked looking jagged cutlasses. Skarlet is a DPS champion who can spec AP for nasty blade frenzies, AD for a powerful nuke/potential team CC every 3 minutes, or Dodge for reactive damage and farming.

Look: Sexy and Dangerous look; curly red hair, thigh high boots, [COLOR=#ff0000]pirate[/COLOR] hat with skull, and most importantly really big nasty looking swords with jagged and serrated edges. A jeweled eye-patch might be nice. The first alternate skin I would do would be a celtic warrior goddess skin using dual sickles.

Passive: Acrobatic. Skarlet can move through minions.

Q-Pitch Bomb: Skarlet lobs a bomb filled with burning pitch at a small area. Everything caught in the explosion takes 60/80/100/120/150 (+0.8/AP) magic damage over 5 seconds and is slowed for 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds. 20 second cooldown. Medium Mana Cost..

W-Blade Frenzy: Skarlet lashes out with her blades at everyone around her. If enemy champions are nearby her frenzy is increased. For 5 seconds she gains +15/20/25/30/35% attack speed, 5/7.5/10/12.5/15% movement speed, and her attacks splash to nearby targets for 40% damage. Each enemy champion within 400 range when the ability is activated adds 1 sec to the duration. 20 second cooldown: Killing a champion refreshes the cooldown. Medium Mana Cost.

E-Spiteful Evasion: As graceful as she is deadly, Skarlet can avoid attacks and counter with a quick jab of her swords at foes around her. This ability Passively increases dodge by 6/8/10/12/15% and deals 25/30/40/50/60 (+0.3/AP) physical damage to those in melee range when she successfully dodges an attack. This damage part of the ability can activate a maximum of once every 2 seconds.

R-Cut Throat: Skarlet leaps onto an opposing champion, slitting their throat with her blades. This ability does 150% of weapon damage + 300/450/600 (+1.2/AP) magic damage. If this damage is enough to kill the champion, Skarlet lets loose a stream of vile invective (says nasty things) and all enemy champions within 200 range are feared for 1.5 sec. Range is 300 or so (short) Cooldown is 3 minutes. High Mana Cost.

(This is basically a very high damage attack against 1 champ, if it actually kills them it does an short duration AE fear. numbers are likely a little high but you get the point)

Base Stats: Average melee striker stats. Aka Decent Crit, Attack and Run speed, average everything else
