I just bought sivir with IP. I've got some extra RP laying around. Would have bought her with it if I hadn't already.

They do this for 450 IP Champions so they can use up the rest of their RP. If they spent 10 dollars or something, their bound to have something left. This is good if you haven't boughten Sivir yet, and don't have enough RP for anything else.

If you have RP, save it for skins instead, because those are things that cannot be purchased with IP. Champs can be purchased with IP, so it's a waste spending RP on them unless it's a bundle.

Sivir's 50% off saves you a whopping 130 RP. Whatever.

I saw another thread with a picture of Sivir's upcoming new skin. I think a better approach to this sale would have been to release the skin and put it in a bundle with the champion at a reduced price. I don't think anyone would actually spend any RP on a champion that only takes 3-4 games to get. If you put it in a bundle with her upcoming skin then people may be more willing to forget the fact that she's only 450 IP.
