July 4th and Canada Day Art Contest

By Romulus

To celebrate both Canada Day and Independence Day, we're launching an art contest that poses the intriguing question: how might champions celebrate if they were Canucks or Americans? MaTTcom's provided the inspiration up top and we've stacked a few prizes for the winners – now we just need you to art it up! Whether you're patriotically painting Maple Tree Maokai or Fizz crossing the Delaware, we want your creations!

Contest Rules:

  • You must include at least one champion celebrating: we're looking for champs celebrating these Canadian and American holidays with bbq, fireworks or some kind of historical or patriotic symbol. Feel free to use only one or all of the above requirements, the most important bit is that champs are celebrating these holidays.
  • Your masterpiece must be appropriate for summoners of all ages: we're teen rated, so nothing too risqué; careful with allusions to alcoholic beverages here.
  • Your entry can't include any logos, product names or placements: these are what we like to call a “legal hassle,” and we don't keep enough lawyers on retainer to obtain permission to plug your favorite soda on our website.
  • Your entry must be made by you, submitted by you, and made for this contest: this contest is about YOU showing of YOUR artistic skill within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Your entry must be submitted in the correct format and size:  we're only accepting submissions formatted in .jpg or .png at a size of 1280x720.
