In October 2011, we asked summoners to create a costume from League of Legends, and the results were extraordinary! Through hundreds of entries, these few stood out as exceptional quality, creativity and detail.
Take a look at the magnificence of the Harrowing Masquerade!
IntrepidSoul and Ragnarok436 Reverse Annie
Summoners IntrepidSoul and Ragnarok436 are a skin come to life in their Reverse Annie costumes. The picture-perfect cross-dressing bear alone was enough to score them the prize. Amazing job from both summoners!
17Maxx17 Undertaker Yorick
Summoner 17Maxx17 blew us away with his unbelievable Undertaker Yorick Costume. It can’t be easy to emulate an elegant gravedigger. I wonder if his back hurt after a full night of slouching.
Arria Minerva Katarina
Arria Minerva did a great job costuming Katarina! We don’t know what’s more impressive, her stunningly accurate expression or her ferocious blades.
Chain Drive and MrStu - Minions
CChain Drive and MrStu showed us that you don’t have to be a champion to have a league of legends costume dedicated to you. Minions are often forgotten, but without them you’d never get your health potions. Awesome originality from these European summoners!
Daisy Ann Bloodmoon Akali
Daisy Ann did a great job making a costume out of the popular, Bloodmoon Akali. The colors are positively spot on, and her mask and the detail on her weapons is awe inspiring. Check out those socks!
LSmokeRocks Urf Warwick
Those lucky enough to have it, can see the stunning resemblance LSmokeRocks bears to the Urf Warwick skin. It’s subtle, just the way a wolf wearing a manatee’s skin should be.
0akheart Renekton
It’s rare enough to see a Renekton costume, but 0akheart went above and beyond to make it a reality. The mask is fierce, but the weapon really turns this costume from unique to impressive.
Lucindra Akali
Lucindra blew us away with her perfect Crimson Akali costume. She looks close enough to be the real thing, which makes us wonder if that’s possible…
Protokan Soraka
Protokan sees a challenge and conquers it mightily with this Soraka costume! It’s not easy to craft new legs to walk in. Everything, down to the glyphs on her skin are picture perfect. Great work!
Sirmisterman - Red Baron Corki
Sirmisterman soared into our hearts with this Red Baron Corki costume! We’d love to believe that that epic handlebar moustache is real, as well.
