On Labor Day weekend, Seattle hosted its 6th annual Penny Arcade Expo, in which nerds and geeks take over the entire city and frighten the natives. Riot shipped some of our own illustrious nerds and geeks up there to mix and mingle, with the promise of delivering the exclusive Riot Singed skin to any fans that meet us, and meet us they did!

You are allowed to join the solo ranked games queue either yourself or with a maximum of one other player.
Can I queue with fewer than five people for Summoner's Rift in ranked games?
If you wish to participate in a ranked game on Summoner's Rift, you may either queue with a full premade, or with one other person in the solo queue. Remember that you can still queue for a normal game with a premade team of any size.
What queues will be available for Ranked Games in Season One?
Once ranked play begins, all player's ratings will begin at the same rating, and players will be able to select one of the following queues for competition: Solo/Two player Summoner's Rift, Full Premade Summoner's Rift, and Full Premade Twisted Treeline.
