You asked us for better bots, and we made it happen. Last month we gave you a sneak preview of some of the bots in our new Co-op vs. AI game mode. Since then, if you’ve been positively waiting with bated breath to try your luck against our new AI, I’m pleased to announce that the time has finally come. The Co-op vs. AI queue is now available in your PvP.net client. There’s never been a better time to queue up with your friends, brush up on your tower diving, test out that latest champion purchase, or just plain go on the hunt for some computer controlled enemies.
So stretch those gamer muscles, grab some friends, and get ready to find out if you’re craftier than a robot. Co-op vs. AI on Summoner’s Rift is available now!

We’ve just arrived here at the Boston Convention and Exhibition center to set up shop for all the epic festivities that we’ve got planned for you all here at PAX East. Alongside our partners Alienware and PaySafe Card, we’ve been hard at work doing a fair bit of unpacking and at least a little bit of light construction. After all, if we don’t unpack all these Nocturne posters, who will?

Before Nocturne, people believed that dreams were figments of their imaginations, meaningless images that flashed through the mind when one slept. This belief was put to the test when a rash of sleep-related incidents started afflicting summoners of the League. Some would wake up screaming, terrified and beyond consolation. Some could not fall asleep, slowly going mad as the nights ticked by. Some simply never woke up. Physicians were baffled until a Field Architect happened to pass out next to a nexus on The Twisted Treeline. Witnesses said he cried out once and then stopped breathing. Immediately after, magical energy arced out from the nexus, and Nocturne appeared.
Have you ever taken in a horror film only to go to bed with your eyes wide open on the lookout for things that go thump in the night? Well while we’re on the topic of things akin to ghosts, goblins, phantoms, specters, apparitions, poltergeists and very possibly the boogeyman, allow me to be the first to introduce you to Nocturne, the Eternal Nightmare. But don’t worry! While he might feature prominently in the next thriller you decide to take in, you probably won’t find him hiding under your bed or in your closet. Or will you?! Don’t be paranoid!

OBSERVATION
The Demacian junior summoner who was initially appointed to greet Jarvan, alas, experienced an unfortunate accident. He needed to be replaced at the last minute by a young summoner from Bilgewater with an eye for both coin and advancement. It seems the new boy penciled Jarvan in for an early Judgment, and judged he will be, though not by the League.
He approaches the Great Hall reeking of arrogance. He, like his father, struts as though others should feel privileged to behold him. His armor is flashy and impractical, adorned with bits of slain beasts, a braggart without uttering a word. He has the jutting countenance of all the Lightshield dogs, men better built to wield clubs than authority. He is spoiled, haughty, and altogether undeserving of the respect laid at his feet.
He marches to the chamber doors, a proud, strong beast in need of domestication. He steps through the portal, out of the light…and into the palm of my hand.
