Halloween fast approaches and Rioterz are getting into the spirit of things, helped out by summoners via the You Can’t Carve Jack mini contest. We’ve seen some great Jack-O’-Lanterns, but it just isn’t complete without your submission.

The Masquerade Madness contest challenged you to create a Halloween costume based on a League of Legends, and the response was overwhelming. Summoners brought League of Legends to life, donning fabric, plastic and handmade weapons to recreate the look of their favorite champions. The costumes were lovingly crafted, highly creative, and some even a little disturbing. Our champions have never looked better, and choosing winners was an arduous process that came down to the careful review of every detail.

LeBlanc's measured strides carry her along the polished marble with unparalleled grace and decorum. Her ornate magician's garb, stylish and well-kept, lends her a stately appearance seldom seen outside of a royal court. In her delicate hands she clasps a long staff topped with a series of multi-faceted crystals suspended by an unknown force. Pinned in her lustrous hair sits another such crystal, scattering the torchlight in all directions as she passes.
The final whistle has blown for our Football skins and, after going into extra time on the Fields of Justice, it’s safe to say they won us all over. Red Card Katarina, Goalkeeper Blitzcrank, Striker Ezreal, and All-Star Akali will be heading to the dressing room at midnight on Sunday, October 31st. As a final treat these athletic skins will be available for 20% off!
